Where the visits come from

Your busiest page is about quotes

The page that brings in the most visitors is your team building quotes page. Ideas and lists come next. Fewer visits land on the pages about booking a hunt.

Small things that add up

Speed

Quick wins

Easy fixes that could help right away

None of these need a redesign. Each one comes straight from what we found above.

  1. Point quote-page readers to a huntThe quotes page brings in more visitors than any other page. A clear link to book a team hunt gives those readers somewhere to go next.
  2. Write the 41 missing Google descriptionsStarting with the games pages, so Google shows your words in search results instead of picking its own.
  3. Clean up the 3 meeting pagesSwap the calendar code in their descriptions, or hide these booking pages from Google altogether.
  4. Give every page one main heading42 pages have none or two. One clear heading tells Google what each page is about.
  5. Add alt text to imagesStarting with the client logos on the homepage. 89% of images on the site have none today.
  6. Keep review stars where the reviews areShow the 4.8 rating markup only on pages that display your reviews, instead of all 252.
  7. Redirect old cityhunt.org linksSend each old page address to its matching page on cityhunt.com, so those links count again.
  8. Lighten the homepageIt loads 90 files and about 1.1 MB. Trimming and compressing them brings it closer to the 2.1 seconds your city pages manage.
  9. Add local detail to the busiest city pagesStart with the cities already getting visits, and replace the shared template text with details unique to each city.
Looking ahead

What we'd focus on in 2027

You asked how we read what's happening and where we'd put the effort next year. Here's our view.

What's happening

Where we'd put the effort

  1. Make your travels the contentYour first-hand stories, photos and videos from each trip, published on cityhunt.com and on benjaminpeacehoffman.com. Real experience is the one thing a search summary can't stand in for.
  2. Rebuild the city pages around local proofYour stories, photos and client examples from each city, starting with the cities that bring in the most business.
  3. Clear out the weak pagesWork through the quick wins above, and merge or remove thin pages so the strong ones carry more weight.
  4. Turn readers into enquiriesThe quotes and ideas pages still bring in the most visitors. Give every one of them a clear path to booking a hunt.
  5. Be the source AI tools quoteCase studies, clear answers on how a hunt works, and your reviews on the pages they describe, written so ChatGPT and AI Overviews can cite cityHUNT by name.
Over to you

A few questions for you, Ben

  1. What matters most right now: more quote requests, certain cities, or a busy season coming up?
  2. Which cities bring in the most business for you?
  3. What is Justin focused on at the moment, and where would extra hands help?
  4. Is there anything on the site you'd like to change?
